Data Deletion Instructions

If you want SECOND WIND LIMITED to delete your PicWar account data, you can submit a request using the instructions on this page. We use this process to protect your account, verify ownership, and remove or anonymize eligible data associated with the PicWar application.
1. How to Request Deletion
Email support@secondwindltd.xyz with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
To help us locate the correct account quickly, include the email address linked to your PicWar account, your in-app user ID if available, the platform you use (iPhone or Android), and whether you want us to delete your full account or only specific data.
2. Verification
Before deleting account data, we may ask you to verify that you control the account. This may include confirming your account email, recent sign-in details, purchase details, or other identifiers reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
3. What We Delete
- Your PicWar account profile and linked sign-in identifiers stored by us
- Images, drawings, characters, prompts, and other content associated with your account, except where retention is legally required
- Gameplay progress, battle history, and related cloud records tied to your account
- Support-side account metadata that is no longer needed after the deletion request is completed
4. What We May Retain
Some information may be retained even after a deletion request is completed when we need it to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.
- Transaction and subscription records required for accounting or tax compliance
- Security logs and fraud-prevention records kept for a limited period
- Records needed to enforce our legal rights, respond to lawful requests, or resolve chargebacks and disputes
5. Processing Time
We aim to review verified deletion requests promptly. In most cases, we complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days after verification, although complex requests or legal retention requirements may require additional time.
6. Subscription and Store Purchases
Deleting your PicWar account does not automatically cancel subscriptions billed by Apple or Google. You must manage App Store or Google Play subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
